Summer Camps in Lake Norman for Ages 4-16
SUMMER CAMPS FOR YOUNG ACTORS
Enriching Creativity and Skills
DCP offers an array of summer camps each year for our young actors ages 4-16. In addition to our usual 1-week offerings, this year we are piloting 2-week performance intensives, which will include a full production experience for campers who want a true show experience. We also offer exciting partnerships with local businesses, like the Dungeons and Dragons gaming group Young Dragonslayers.
DCP summer camps enrich the school experience by fostering creativity, communication, collaboration, confidence, cultural understanding, critical thinking, emotional intelligence, and life skills. Being exposed to theatre education empowers students to become well-rounded individuals who are better prepared to succeed in an increasingly diverse and complex world.
Registration goes live for Davidson residents on Monday, February 23 and for the rest of the community on Monday, March 2. You will need to register through Town of Davidson Parks and Rec. Please click below and follow all instructions carefully.
