  • For most shows, we will work with you to reserve larger blocks of tickets (10+) in advance and will contact you for payment 10 days before the performance.

  • If a performance is not sold out, you may purchase at the door. Tickets at the door are typically a higher price.

VENUE/PARKING INFORMATION

  • The exact location of each show will be listed under each show description and on the ticket confirmation information you receive.  Please double check the venue address for your specific show. We do utilize more than one theatre, and we don’t want you arriving at the wrong location.

  • Seating varies depending on the show you are attending, and it will be clearly indicated when you purchase the ticket if it is reserved seating or general admission.

Some of our shows are general admission, meaning you choose your seat upon arrival.  If you have a large party or have very specific seats you’d like to sit it, we suggest you arrive to the theatre 30 minutes prior to show time to ensure best seating options.

  • At Armour Street:

    • Parking is available in the 2 small gravel parking lots on either side of the building as well as along the street.

    • There is an area clearly marked on the street in front of the building for ADA accessible parking.

    At Duke Family Performance Hall:

    • The parking lot is located by the basketball arena on the right side as you enter the college campus at the Baker St. entrance via Davidson/Concord Rd.

    • The venue is about a 5-minute walk from the parking lot, so plan your time accordingly.

    • If you need to drop patrons off, you may pull up just past the large wildcat statue and let them off on the sidewalk, or you can pull around to the smaller parking lot adjacent to the theatre (across from Archer Ln) and drop patrons off at that door. There are ADA accessible spaces in this lot as well.

At Cain Center for the Arts:

    • Valet Parking for $20 for performing arts events.

    • There are also numerous public parking spaces within a 1-2 block distance from the Cain Center. Please observe all public and private parking regulations and signage.
