A Walk in My Shoes is the tumultuous tale of four “day one” friends grappling with the complexities of young adulthood. Secrets will be revealed. Their indelible bond will be tested. The only certainty is, nothing will ever be the same. A Walk in My Shoes is an urban musical that highlights the complex challenges faced by many Black, Brown, and LGBTQ+ GenZ’s today; teens and young adults way too familiar with addiction, hopelessness, risky sexual behavior, poverty, and social stigma.
